Same “That” Time, Same “That” Channel
How many Batman ’66 references can YOU count on this page? Fun Fact: I’ve never watched a single episode of that show, and only watched about half of the “Movie” before I turned it off. (I’m not “hating” on it by any means, it’s just not my thing.) This stuff is just common knowledge when you start reading comics I guess. I remember a certain Celebrity Fan who was disappointed that I went with this story-beat (Superhero Parody) at the time, and I agree with them. However, I was living my DREAM of doing comics, and I really wanted Levi’s World to have a costumed superhero presence. (Even in the Strobe! and Baujahr! strips I did, they creep in, even if I don’t want them to.) Comics in America are still mostly superheroes. I’d love for that to change, and slowly it is, but we’re still not there yet as a whole.. More on this next time.. I’m getting ahead of myself..
Hey, Thank you for checking out this page, and possibly the other pages of stuff that exist on the site. I am planning on doing the whole “Inktober” thing again this year, so if you like what you’ve seen, I’m doing more of that. 🙂
