Xavier and Mikie discuss the “death” of superheros and villains as I was learning about them. Nothing really “sticks” in the mainstream comics. I also played with this trope in my Baujahr comic years later… in a very confusing (but logical, and hopefully, fun) way. These days, Marvel and DC comics seem to like to just reboot the entire universe every couple of years. How does ANYONE keep track of all that? I’m genuinely curious. I’m not against any of it, as these different universes have given us such characters as Miles Morales’ Spider-Man, and a great assortment of others. I just wonder how readers (other than myself) deal with this stuff in their heads? It doesn’t seem like “continuity” is even really a thing any more. Am I wrong? Or missing something? Does it matter as long as we get great stories and characters? Just thoughts.

Had a bunch of stuff on my head this week. Sorry this posting was late.
