It’s a sound effect and it’s also something David Letterman said on a random episode of The Late Show.. Certain random phrases have always just sort of stuck with me. Of course, there’s several “pot smoke” jokes on this page despite the fact that I had pretty much given all that up by the time I turned 18. There’s a giant Didde web press logo in the background, so this was clearly drawn after I started my job at the printing shop I worked at from 1998 to late 2014. This photo isn’t of one of the actual presses I ran (ours were FAR dirtier), but you get the idea.
