So… Can anyone else tell that this short story follows what could essentially be a Sergio Aragones’ Groo plot? Hey, if you’re going to be “influenced”, you could do worse than following the Groo Crew’s example.

I guess Mr. Beat is a genie or something in this story… I was trying to make it as crazy as I could so Mr. Beat’s Dad was happy. I still say, “Cool Beans” WAY too much… :/
